Yes, each shoe style is designed for it's own sport purpose. Cross training shoes are an excellent choice if have limited funds. However, you should only wear your workout shoes for your workout. If you choose to wear your workout shoes all the time, you will need to replace them in 3 to 6 months. The outside of the shoes my look okay, BUT it's the internal structure of the shoe that you can not see the Breaks Down, from sweat and the G Force impact. When the shoes begin to break down your workout and your body can be compromised. Shoes are the foundation to protecting your skeletal structure during a workout. So take a good look at the inside and outside of your current workout shoes, it might be time to replace. You should consider wearing sport socks to prolong the life of your shoes.
